Inclusion criteria: Hemorrhoid grade 1 and 2 Patient have classical symptoms of bleeding piles Pain around anus region Itching around anus region Bleeding per anus Willing to give blood samples

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy women Oesophageal varices Fissure in ano Fistula in ano DM TYPE 1 AND TYPE 2 SHTN RECTAL TB RECTAL CA
