Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) Households/individuals living in the selected tribal, rural and urban areas from the selected district in each state b) Those willing to give consent for participating in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) Those who do not belong to the selected residential areas b) Those who are sick; and those who are not able to comprehend the questions
