Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) FLexibility Loss (Young adults scoring less than or equal to 18cm on ACSM sit and reach score)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Recent injuries of Trunk and Lower Extremity 2)Fracture/s affecting trunk, lower limb mobility 3)Diagnosed PIVD, Spondylosis, other Musculoskeletal diseases of spine and lower extremity 4)Any congenital spinal deformities. 5)Myofacial pain disorders/ diseases
