Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients above 50 yrs with low back pain and underlying degenerative intervertebral disc herniation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe traumatic injuries to spine surgically repaired spine life threatening diseases critically ill patients pregnant females
