Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective surgery time more than 1 hour 2. ASA I,II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients refusing consent 2.Anticipated difficult airway 3.Pregnancy 4.Smokers 5.Allergy to propofol, fentanyl 6.All emergency surgeries 7.BMI > 30Kg/m2
