Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: FOR CASES: Diagnosed cases of Psoriasis who are willing to provide informed consent for the study Diagnostic criteria for cases of psoriasis 1.Well-demarcated, symmetric and erythematous plaques with overlying silvery scale 2.Auspitz sign positive 3.Koebnerâ??s Phenomenon positive 4.Candle grease sign positive FOR CONTROLS: Healthy individuals having no history of any skin disease or any other disease for the past 6 months and willing to provide informed consent for the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pregnancy and lactation, uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension, any other serious systemic disorders like severe anaemia (haemoglobin % 2. Participants not willing to provide informed consent for the study.
