Intervention1: PROPOFOL and BUTORPHANOL: Propofol 1mg/kg is added to Inj.Butorphanol 1mg is given intravenously at the start of the surgery intraoperativelyand if needed, propofol will be additionally

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patient with age 18 â?? 60. Patient posted under ASA class 1 and 2 posted for short surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having a) Uncontrolled DM and Uncontrolled hypertension b) Cardiac diseases; hepatic disease c) Raised intracranial pressure d) Neurological disease e) Previous allergy to induction agents or opiods
