Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Athletes with hamstring tightness (loss of >= 20 degrees of knee extension)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any soft tissue or bony lower limb injuries in the past 6 months, Any contraindications to SMR
