Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients >18 years of age undergoing surgery for sino-nasal mucormycosis +/- orbital/cerebral involvement at Department of Otorhinolaryngology, AIIMS Jodhpur.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are COVID 19 RT-PCR positive in last 15 days. 2. Patients with underlying active tuberculosis or autoimmune disorders

To assess the serum levels of pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory markers in sino nasal mucormycosis +/- orbital/cerebral involvement pre operatively and on post operative day 7 .Timepoint: 7 days
