Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants will be considered diabetic by a doctor The participants will be screened for diabetic peripheral neuropathy using diabetic foot profiler and 128 Hz Vibration Tuning Fork (the â??On-Offâ?? Method) Age 50 â?? 75 years. Both male and female. BMI not exceeding 35 kg/m2 HbA1c scores (HbA1c >= 6.5%) The duration of the diabetes will be considered as reported by the doctor and/or participant. Able to stand and walk independently without the help of a walking aid or assistance. Able to understand and obey simple commands. Willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of neurological or orthopaedic conditions or cardiovascular conditions (like stroke, parkinsonism, vestibular disorders, rheumatoid arthritis or severe osteoarthritis, lower limb amputation, deformities, hearing impairment not corrected, skin injuries or fractures in last 6 months) History of severe retinopathy or nephropathy Non diabetic neuropathy Presence of plantar ulcer History of medically unstable patients History of psychiatric or mental illness. Score more than 8 on 6 item cognitive impairment.
