Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Education: 10th grade and above 2. Patients diagnosed with Opioid dependence syndrome as per ICD-10 DCR. 3. Those who will give consent for the study 4. Those who receive COWS score 5 or less than 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have a history of neurological and chronic physical illness. 2. Education below 10th standard. 3. Those who have any other comorbid psychiatric illness apart from mild depression and mild anxiety as per ICD-10 DCR. 4. Those who have any other primary substance dependence. 5. Age less than 18 more than 50 6. Those who will not give consent for the study. 7. Those who receive COWS more than 5
