Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with diagnosed musculoskeletal disabilty 2.Patient with recent trauma or injury 3.Workers having joint diseases,gout,diabetes in one year,cardiovascular complication and on medication example severe HTN. 4.Respiratory conditions example asthma,COPD
