Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male & fmale Age â?? 18- 60 years Condition with more than 3 months duration Reduced Cervico Thoracic spinal mobility

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with hypertension/ hypotension 2. Patients with systemic disorders 3. Recent spinal fractures 4. VBI (vertebro basilar insufficiency) 5. Severe Osteoporosis 6. TM joint dysfunction 7. Rheumatoid arthritis 8. Cervical IVDP 9. Spinal Listhesis 10. Patients with severe radicular symptoms
