Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Since the study involves only healthy individuals, no diagnostic criteria will be applicable to the present study. A signed informed consent will be obtained from entire subjects after an appraisal about study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with any diseases such as diabetes, cancer, hypertension, anxiety, depression. Female subjects during menstruation. Menstrual cycles are associated with increase in HRV. Complaint of infective diseases. Open wounds. Person under any medication during the study. Subject with drug or substance abuse
