Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who have undergone coronary revascularization for CAD (coronary artery bypass graft, percutaneous coronary intervention, percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty) between january 2018-january 2021

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who do not consent to participate in the study 2. Participants who were not working before the cardiac event 3. Patients with other conditions that affect function like stroke, Spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s disease and brain injury. 4. End stage diseases related to the cancer, renal disease and liver disease 5. Patients who are not able to communicate in English or kannada will be excluded for the interview part 6. Patients whose numbers are not available 7.Patients who don’t receive the call when contacted 8. Patients whose numbers don’t exist or are not reachable
