Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with hemoglobin level between 8 to11 gm./dl Mean corpuscular volume(MCV)-below 76 fl Patients who willing to give consent for this study work

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women. Patients having any acute or chronic diseased condition. Rakta-KÃ?Ÿaya due to the bleeding disorders. Hematologic disorders. Aplastic anaemia, Pernicious anaemia, Haemolytic anaemia and other haemoglobinopathies. Haemoglobin level below 5gm/dl. Patient with malabsorption syndrome like ulcerative colitis, Irritable bowel syndrome and crohnââ?¬•s disease etc. Patients with worm infestation. Who doesnââ?¬•t wish to give written consent for this study work

MeasureTime frame
Significant Effect of Beetroot with NavayasLauha seen on IDA patients. Objective and clinical parameters of Raktadhatu in IDA patients are assessed and found improved Timepoint: Baseline that on 1st day,15th day,30th day and at the end of intervention after 45th day.
