Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women in the first trimester, aged above 18 years, presenting in outpatient clinic of the Department of OBG.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women who cannot read and understand either English or Kannada languages. Pregnant women who are not ready to give their consent.
