Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who can speak Tamil or English. First time stroke (ischemic or intracerebral hemorrhagic stroke).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Arriving at stroke unit after 48 hours of stoke. Patients who cannot stay in stroke unit for first 72 hours. Patient who are suffering from previous neurological deficit. Palliative care patient. Cancer patient.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
FeSS bundle care is expected to reduce the disability and mortality rate in acute stroke patients at 90 days of follow-up.Timepoint: Ater 3months of enrollment

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
All cause mortality will be reduced by 10%Timepoint: At 3 month
