Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Who have undergone upper gastrointestinal endoscopy in department of surgery with helicobacter pylori infection and need eradication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have received previous eradication therapy Patients who have had previous history of allergy to any antibiotic of our study Patients who have undergone previous gastric Tommy Patients with coexisting severe concomitant illness Pregnant or lactating women Patients who used antibiotics in the previous 4 weeks Patients diagnosed with any malignancies Patients with portal gastropathy

MeasureTime frame
To compare efficacy of concomitant and reverse hybrid therapy in eradication of helicobacter pylori infection Also to compare compliance and adverse effects of concomitant and reverse hybrid therapyTimepoint: Patients with ulcer disease will undergo a rapid urease test and patients with non ulcer disease will undergo a stool antigen test at end of 6 weeks from initiation of therapy to confirm eradication
