Inclusion criteria: Patients age group 30 to 40 Neck pain(sub acute) Bus driver Male patients NPRS scale more than 4 rate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent fracture spine surgery cervical radiculopathy cervical spondylosis Fibromyelgia Current nerve root pain
