Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. Compare the fresh onset neurological deficit between control and study group 2. To compare the post extubation GCS between the control and study group 3.To compare the levels of ischemic biomarkers(Neuron specific enolase and S 100 Beta )Timepoint: GCS and neurodeficit one day prior to surgery, 24-36 hours after surgery gcs and neurodeficit monitoring daily monitoring biomarkers on day prior to surgery , 24-36 hours after surgery and 7 day after surgery

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
vasospasm as identified by TCDTimepoint: Before surgery every day post operative till discharge
