Inclusion criteria: In patients prescribed steroids as per clinicians in Department of General Medicine, Justice K S Hegde Charitable Hospital, Deralakatte, Mangaluru Patients above 18 years of age
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who provide incomplete information. Patients who are not willing to participate
