Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Male archers within 15-30 years of age. 2)Archers with at least 1 year of experience. 3)Archers with professional participation in the state-level tournaments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Archers with a high refractive error, certified by the ophthalmologist; as rehabilitation with eye exercises in such a case would increase the eye strain and worsen the condition. 2)Archers with any other visual disturbance such as Strabismus, Nystagmus, pathological Diplopia, severe Amblyopia or Exotropia; as in them the mechanics of the intrinsic and extrinsic muscle of the eyeball is already altered and conservative methods of correction would not help or surgical interventions may be required. 3)The subject with any musculoskeletal injuries from 3 months to 6 months at the start of study.
