Intervention1: Amniotic membrane with limbal tissue: 1 clock hour of limbal tissue will be harvested from cadaveric donor cornea and placed on recipient eye with burn

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient should be diagnosed with an acute severe(grade 4,5,6 Dua grade) unilateral chemical burn. 2. Patient should not have any other ocular abnormality in the injured eye. 3. Willingness and ability to attend for all the study visits with in required visits windows.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient has a significant co-morbidity in which compliance with the study procedures would not be expected. 2. Unwillingness to participate. 3. Patient has prior history of undergoing amniotic membrane transplantation before presenting to us
