Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with Pre-eclampsia 2.Singleton Pregnancy 3.ASA physical status II 4.Undergoing Elective Lower Segment Caesarean section under Spinal Anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient Refusal to study 2.ASA PS III or above 3.Suspected fetal compromise 4.Eminent signs of Eclampsia 5.Chronic hypertension 6.Twin/multiple gestation 7.Comorbid with diabetes mellitus or cardiovascular disease 8.Drug allergy 9.Contraindications to neuraxial analgesia
