Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with trapezius trigger point. 2. Duration of pain > 1 month. 3. Individuals aging between 18-40yrs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Traumatic neck injury. 2. Cervical radiculopathy. 3. Cardiac conditions. 4. Any spinal deformities. 5. Dermatitis.
