Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Age- 40-60 yrs. -Individuals with ACE III English Indian Version score less than 88. -Both genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Individuals who routinely perform daily exercises and cognitive gamingââ?¬•s in the past 3 months -Individuals with neurological conditions that impede the study (eg. mental retardation, stroke, spinal cord injury). -Individuals with uncontrolled hypertension. (Blood pressure: systolic ââ?°Â¥ 140mmhg & diastolic ââ?°Â¥ 90mmhg) -Individuals with musculoskeletal conditions like - recent fracture, dislocations, contractures, deformities. -Any recent surgeries like- abdominal surgeries, cardio-thoracic surgeries, perineal surgeries. -Pregnancy -People who are not willing to participate
