Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient with unilateral inguinal hernia planned for elective surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age Older than 60 Age Younger than 18 Bilateral hernia Irreducible or Obstructed hernia Complete hernia Recurrent hernia Patient with H/O of lower abdominal surgery Patients with ASA grade III and above Patients not consenting for study
