Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To analyze the learning process (in terms of operating time) for transabdominal preperitoneal (TAPP) repair of groin hernia using a 3D Endovision systemTimepoint: single time point during the procedure

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
evaluate the economy of movement of an instrument with increasing experience Timepoint: single time point during the procedure; To analyze skill transferability from a 3D Endovision system to 2D Endovision systemTimepoint: single time point during the procedure; To compare the operating time of the trainee with the historical cohort of expertsTimepoint: single time point during the procedure
