Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subject who willing to participate 2. Not engaged in strenuous work or regular exercise more then once a week. 3. Female perform daily activities below 3MET. 4. BMI > 23kg/m

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with any cardiovascular diseases, neurological and any respiratory condition like COPD, Bronchial Asthma. 2. Diabetic and establish hypertension 3. Pregnancy. 4.Any musculoskeletal condition like severe joint pain,severe osteoarthritis,recent trauma or injuries, spinal surgeries. 5. Women who engaged in any physical fitness program or gym.
