Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: i. Patient who gives informed written consent ii. Presented with acute Right Iliac Fossa (RIF) pain and suspected to have acute appendicitis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: i. Pregnant women ii. Patients with pain >=5 days iii. Suspected to have Appendicular lump/mass iv. Previous history of urolithiasis, pelvic inflammatory disease or recurrent appendicitis
