Intervention1: Slow deep breathing (SDB): the participants will be asked to breathe through nose for 2 counts slowly, hold for 2 counts and exhale through nose for 4 counts. This will be done for 10 m

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willing participants and parents. School children from SSC schools Understanding English language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any neurological or psychological condition, no medication with their effect on CNS. Uncorrected visual impairment Uncorrected auditory impairment Any upper extremity musculoskeletal condition
