Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Loss of function of shoulder. Atrophy of muscles of shoulder. Patients of both sexes within the age group of 40-70 years. Prolonged shoulder immobility Trauma Injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic disease [Thyroid ,Cardiovascular disease] presented with Avbhahuka as a complication. Patients with a history of fracture of the affected hand. Pregnancy and lactating women. Surgery.
