Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: T2DM patients of age between 18 to 60 years T2DM patients of both genders T2DM patients on pharmacotherapy for at least 1 year Willing to give consent to participate in the study Able to furnish at least one previous investigation reports

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Type 1 DM patients. Newly diagnosed T2DM Gestational diabetes mellitus Juvenile diabetes mellitus
