Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The age of 60-70 years Participants will be given written informed consent Participants of both male and female will be included. No use of walking aids 5. The ability to live independently: FIM Scale. 6. Ability to follow simple commands.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: . Fractures of lower limb in the last 6 months. 2. vertigo. 3. uncontrolled cardiorespiratory problems.

1. Fall efficacy scale 2. Tinetti mobility test( TMT) or performance oriented mobility test (POMA) Before Intervention fill up then 3 weeks then 6 weeks after checkup .Timepoint: 1. Fall efficacy scale 2. Tinetti mobility test( TMT) or performance oriented mobility test (POMA) then 3 weeks and 6 weeks after checkup

1. Quality of life (SF-36) . Before starting intervention fillup then 3 weeks then 6 weeks check up.Timepoint: SF -36 good inter and intrarater reliability and validity.
