Inclusion criteria: Normal delivery Postpartum women 25 to 40 year women Participants who can understand & follow instructions Primigravida women

Exclusion criteria: Instrumental delivery Above 41 age Cesarean delivery Hysterectomy Hemorrhoids surgery Other abdominal surgery Other lower abdominal surgery
