Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with 08 to 80 years of age were included 2.Patients without any evidence of periodontal disease or alveolar bone loss will be included. 3.Patient who will give consent for CBCT scan and also give consent that the scans can be used for research purpose.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with edentulous areas. 2.Patient with severe skeletal asymmetry. 3.Patient with visible jaw fracture on CBCT scans. 4.Patient with pharyngeal pathology, history of adenoidectomy or tonsillectomy 5.Patients undergone maxillofacial surgeries or orthodontic treatments. 6.Patients with bone disorders.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
All imaging software programs were reliable Final segmentation volume depends on threshold interval selection, imaging software segmentation algorithms and complexity of airway morphology Significant differences were noted in pharyngeal airway space among both the groups using different CBCT softwaresTimepoint: All imaging softwares were compared during the study

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
comparison of CBCT softwares for area and volume for cleft patients.Timepoint: All imaging softwares were compared
