Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Apparently healthy infants • Willing to comply with the study requirements and provide repeated data/samples • Intending to remain resident in the area
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Multiple pregnancy (e.g. twin/triplets) • Known egg allergy • Suspicion or presence of any acute illness (e.g. fever, receiving treatment with antibiotics) • Congenital abnormality that might be life-threatening or impair growth • mother unlikely to stay in study area for the duration of the study
