Inclusion criteria: 1. Both mother and father 2. Parents explore first time surgery 3. Children undergoing elective surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Parents are excluded those are not write Hindi or English 2. Primary caregivers other than parents will be excluded

MeasureTime frame
Anxiety and depression are most common mental problem among parents of children undergoing elective surgery. Anxiety will be assessed using modified standardize GAD-7 scale.Similarly Insomnia will be assessed using ISI scale.Timepoint: 8 weeks
