Intervention1: Pilates: Pilates with ring will be given to patient, to strengthen pelvic floor muscle. Control Intervention1: conventional exercise: it consisted of static contraction of PFM associate

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subjects who are willing to participate. subjects who are able to commit to the exercise. subjects who can understand and follow commands. subject diagnosed with stress UI using QUID scale. stress UI grade 1 and 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: acute UI, rectocele, urogenital infection. pregnancy and post-partum up to 8 weeks. neurological impairment leading to incontinence. medication led incontinence. patient with musculoskeletal disorder.
