Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male & female subjects 2.Subjects with sub-acute non specific low back pain.(6-12 weeks) 3.18 â?? 25 years old college students.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous spinal injuries. 2.Spinal deformities 3.Spinal maligancy and infections 4.Any surgery
