Intervention1: ULTRASONOGRAPHIC EXAMINATION OF LUNGS: Detection of fluid overload using lung ultrasonographic B-lines

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)All Patient of ASA I,II,III grade posted for elective TURP surgery. 2)Patient undergoing Spinal Anaesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient to be done under general Anaesthesia. 2)Patient with history of interstitial lung disease. 3)Patient not willing for participate in study.
