Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)All Patient of ASA I,II,III grade posted for elective TURP surgery. 2)Patient undergoing Spinal Anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient to be done under general Anaesthesia. 2)Patient with history of interstitial lung disease. 3)Patient not willing for participate in study.

MeasureTime frame
1)To estimate time interval between onset of B-lines and , - change in SpO2 , ECG changes - onset of symptoms and signs Timepoint: At every 30min interval lung ultrasound scanning will be repeated at same points and presence or absence of newly appearing B-lines will be noted till end of surgery & its correlation to PR,BP,ETCO2,ECG.

MeasureTime frame
2) Correlation of ultrasonographic B-lines score with parameters like , - ASA-grading and - Co-morbid conditions. - BNP levels. -type and quantity of irrigation fluid. -prostatic gland size. -duration of surgery.Timepoint: At every 30min interval
