Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly â?? 60 and above • Both genders • Able to ambulate on their own, with or without walking aids • With or without co-morbidities other than Cognitive impairment and significant depression as mentioned below.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Cognitive impairment (MMSE â?? Below to 24) 2) Significant depressive symptoms, defined as a score of 6 or more on the 15-item Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS).
