Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pain and disability interfering with activities of daily living 2. Body Mass Index (BMI) less than 30. 3. Knee flexion more than 90 degrees.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Significant peripheral vascular disease. 2. BMI >30. 3. Active infective arthritis. 4. Poor skin condition.
