Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed first time positive of (pulmonary) Koch’s. Patient referred to NTEP centre, visiting out patient departments of respiratory medicine and general medicine of KLEs Dr. Prabhakar Kore Hospital & MRC, PHCS and UHCS of Belagavi.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are having complicated health related problems. Special population like paediatrics, pregnant and lactating women. Patient not willing to participate. Patients interfere with loss to follow up.
