Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. SMALL CENTRAL TYMPANIC MEMBRANE PERFORATION (GRADE I AND II) 2.DRY EAR 3. GOOD COCHLEAR RESERVE

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active mucosal disease 2. Squamosal disease 3. Revision ear surgery 4. Active nasopharyngeal or sinus infection 5. Suspected ossicular involvement with air-bone gap of >40 dB. 6. Sensorineural/ Mixed hearing loss 7. Systemic disease like uncontrolled Diabetes, uncontrolled Hypertension. 8. Deranged coagulation parameters.
