Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 25 to 60 years Both the genders. Asymptomatic or mild to moderate symptoms post covid syndrome. Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subject with drug or substance abuse Children Pregnant and lactating women
