Intervention1: Core strengthening: core strengthening using TRX, Swiss Ball and Traditional method will be used for 3 weeks. Intervention2: GROUP A TRX training group: warm up 10 minute. squats 10 rep

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recreational and professional footbal players All ages will be included Aged from 18-25 years no prior experience of TRX and Swiss ball training program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any abdominal or pelvic surgeries past 6 months Diagnosed ankle sprain over past 6 months History of any lower limb surgery past 1 year Diagnosed abnormal diversion in the spine Participants with low back pain Diagnosed cases of central nervous system defect
