Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asa1 and 2, patients with femur fracture posted for subarachnoid block, availability of informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA 3 or more ; patients with neurological , cardiac, respiratory, metabolic, renal, hepatic disease with coagulation abnormalities; patients with contraindications to spinal Anesthesia; known allergy to drugs in trial; unavailability of informed consent; patients with previous femoral bypass surgeries, patients with poly trauma, infection over injection site.
