Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient undergoing elective spine instrumentation surgeries in prone posistion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient who refuse to participate,pt. with hepatic dysfunction,renal dysfunction,bleeding siorders,lactating mothers.
