Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients satisfying the IHS, ICHD-III criteria for migraine with or without aura. Patients having a history of migraines for at least 2 years with headache frequency of 5-15 attacks per month Individuals who are ready to participate on their own will and are ready to give written informed consent for participation in the study, as well as, for the dissemination of the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with other medical or neurological illness Patients experienced recent head or neck traumas within 2 years Female patients who are pregnant or lactating will not be recruited in the study. Patients practising yoga
